What’s collected

• Setup enquiries. If you fill in the setup form, the details you enter (name, business, contact details, message) are used to reply to you. They’re shared with the setup partner we refer you to, and with the form-handling service that delivers them to us.
• Emails. If you email us, your email is kept to reply to you.
• How the site is used. We use web analytics and behaviour analytics services to see which pages are useful and where pages are hard to use. They use cookies and similar technologies to record things like pages viewed, clicks and scrolling, approximate location, and device and browser type, and may record anonymised replays of visits. They don’t collect what you type into the setup form.

Cookies

The analytics services above set cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without them.

Affiliate links

When you click a link to a software company, that company or its affiliate platform may set a cookie to record that you came from this site. Their own privacy policies apply once you’re on their site.

Where information is stored

The service providers we use to run the site (analytics, form handling, email and hosting) may store information outside Australia, including in the United States.

What isn’t done

Your details are never sold, and you won’t be added to a mailing list unless you ask to be.
