AroFlo pricing in 2026: what it costs (AU)

AroFlo starts at A$80 per user a month plus GST, with a three-user minimum and a setup fee. Real costs by team size, add-ons, and how the price has moved since 2022.

Short answer

AroFlo costs from A$80 per user a month, plus GST, with a minimum of three users. So the smallest bill is A$240 a month (A$264 with GST). On top of that there’s a one-off setup package from A$1,450, or A$2,900 with implementation. AroFlo was advertising 50% off setup when we checked.

There’s no free trial and no self-serve signup. You book a demo and get a quote. AroFlo Go, the cheaper one-person version, is closed to new customers.

It’s priced for crews of three or more doing maintenance, compliance or project work. A sole trader still pays for three seats, so cheaper apps make more sense below that size.

How AroFlo pricing works

AroFlo has one plan with every feature in it, priced per user. The pricing page says it “starts at AUD $80 per user per month, with a minimum of three users” and that the per-user rate drops as you add users. It doesn’t say by how much.

A few rules decide the bill:

  • Prices exclude GST. The pricing page doesn’t say either way, but AroFlo’s help centre FAQ (updated July 2025) says “All pricing is AUD excluding GST”. Every archived version of the pricing page from 2023 to 2025 says the same.
  • Monthly billing counts the users who log in. AroFlo’s FAQ says monthly billing is based on “the number of users who log in during the billing period, with a minimum of 3 users”.
  • Annual billing is cheaper per user. You commit to a set number of users and get a lower rate. AroFlo doesn’t publish the discount today. On its last published rate card (October 2025), annual rates were about 10% under monthly.
  • Other user types cost extra. Contractors who log in, passive users (people who are scheduled but don’t log in) and timesheet-only users each have their own monthly charge. The current page doesn’t show them. In October 2025 they were A$19, A$15 and A$24 a month, with timesheet users sold in blocks of five.

What AroFlo costs for your team size

The only price AroFlo publishes is the A$80 entry rate, so treat these as the most you’d pay at list price. Bigger teams should get a lower per-user rate.

Team Per month, ex GST Per month, inc GST First year with Smart Start setup, ex GST
1–3 users A$240 A$264 A$4,330
5 users up to A$400 up to A$440 up to A$6,250
10 users up to A$800 up to A$880 up to A$11,050

The first-year column adds the A$1,450 Smart Start package to 12 months of subscription. With implementation (A$2,900), a three-user first year is A$5,780. If AroFlo’s 50% setup discount applies to your package, take half the setup fee off.

AroFlo last published its full rate card in October 2025. It shows how the sliding scale works:

Users Monthly billing, per user Annual billing, per user
3 to 9 (annual from 5) A$81 A$73
10 to 29 A$75 A$68
30 to 49 A$69 A$62
50+ Contact AroFlo Contact AroFlo

Today’s entry rate is A$1 lower than on that card, so ask your sales rep for the current version at your headcount.

Setup, training and add-ons

The subscription is only part of the cost. Budget for these as well:

  • Setup package. AroFlo calls it Smart Start: from A$1,450, or A$2,900 with implementation (FAQ). The full package includes an account manager and 12 training sessions. AroFlo trains one “AroFlo Champion” in your business, with up to three people on each Zoom session. Extra training hours are paid.
  • Accounting integration. Outside the full setup package, connecting Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks or Reckon costs a one-off fee per company file plus an annual maintenance fee, according to the help centre. The amounts aren’t published.
  • GPS tracking. An add-on with its own hardware. It was from A$15 per device a month in October 2025.
  • AI Bill Scanner. Reads supplier bills for you. It was A$35 a month in October 2025.
  • Custom forms and templates. AroFlo says it does “some paid work” building templates. In 2023, custom form builds were A$150 an hour.
  • Card payments. AroFlo Payments runs on Stripe. AroFlo calls its pricing “transparent” but doesn’t publish the card rate anywhere we could find, so ask for it in writing. Since 1 October 2026, Australian businesses can’t add a surcharge to eftpos, Mastercard or Visa payments, so that fee now comes out of your margin.

AroFlo’s price since 2022

AroFlo has changed its prices, and how it shows them, several times in four years. We went back through archived copies of its pricing page and its own blog posts to put the history in one place.

Over that time the entry rate has gone from A$50 to A$80 per user, a 60% rise. The biggest single jump was in 2025, from A$70 to A$81 between April and October. For comparison, ServiceM8’s plan prices are the same today as they were in August 2019.

Why you’ll see different AroFlo prices online

Search for AroFlo’s price and you’ll find at least five different numbers, most of them correct at some point.

  • A$39 a user. Listed on Capterra, GetApp and SoftwareSuggest as the starting price. It doesn’t match any AroFlo price we could find. Software Advice lists A$39 against AroFlo Go, so it’s most likely an old AroFlo Go figure.
  • A$50 a month. What AroFlo Go cost for one user in 2025. AroFlo Go is now closed to new customers (see below).
  • A$67 a user, minimum A$335. From AroFlo’s own blog posts in October and November 2025, which are still online.
  • A$70 to A$81 a user. AroFlo’s published rate cards through 2025.
  • A$80 a user. The current pricing page.

A site that quotes one of the older numbers as current hasn’t checked since 2025.

Is there a free trial?

No. AroFlo’s site offers a demo, not a trial, and you sign up through its sales team. Until at least April 2025 the pricing page offered a 14-day free trial of AroFlo Go. That went when AroFlo Go closed to new customers. Some directory sites still list a free trial or a free version. Neither is available to new customers.

What happened to AroFlo Go?

AroFlo Go was a cut-down version for sole traders, with a one-user minimum and no upfront cost. In April 2025 it was A$50 a month for one user and A$30 for each extra user.

AroFlo’s help centre now says: “AroFlo Go remains supported for existing customers, however, we are not currently accepting or supporting new AroFlo Go customers” (feature comparison, September 2025). If you’re a one-person business, the full AroFlo with its three-user minimum is the only way in.

Lightning, contracts and price rises

In May 2026 AroFlo’s parent group launched Lightning, a set of AI features, across Simpro, AroFlo and BigChange. The announcement said existing customers could upgrade for a 15% uplift on their contract until 31 May 2026, and 25% after that. AroFlo’s pricing page now lists the Lightning features (JustAsk, JobScribe, GPS time tracking and others) as included.

The same announcement promised a “Price Lock Guarantee” capping yearly increases at CPI plus 3%, but it’s worded for Simpro Lightning only. We couldn’t confirm whether AroFlo customers get the same cap. Ask before you sign.

On contracts, the pricing page describes AroFlo as having “no lock in contracts”. The 2025 version of the page said 30 days’ notice was required to cancel. Both can be true, so ask your sales rep for the notice period in writing.

AroFlo in New Zealand

AroFlo sells in New Zealand and has an NZ phone line, but it only publishes prices in Australian dollars. We couldn’t find NZD pricing on AroFlo’s site or anywhere else. If you’re in NZ, ask for your quote in NZD and check whether GST is added.

Is AroFlo worth the price?

AroFlo makes sense for a business with three or more people in the field running maintenance contracts, compliance forms, multi-site clients or projects with progress claims. Everything is in the one plan, including Gantt charts, stock control, a trade CRM and links to 600+ suppliers, so you won’t hit a feature paywall as you grow.

It’s poor value below three people. Its app also rates lower than the lighter apps:

Store AroFlo For comparison: Tradify
Apple App Store (AU) 3.9 from 98 ratings 4.7 from 4,108
Google Play 4.1 from 94 ratings 4.8 from 3,142
Xero App Store (AU) 3.9 from 17 reviews 4.6 from 187

The most common complaints in recent 1 and 2-star app reviews were the app being slow after updates and repeated pop-ups asking for location access. On Capterra, AroFlo rates 4.3 from 118 reviews. One Capterra reviewer in September 2026 said that “as the number of users increases, there are no cost breaks”, which doesn’t sit well with the “gets cheaper with more users” line. Get the per-user rate for your headcount in writing.

How AroFlo compares on price

We priced the monthly subscription for a three-person crew doing about 120 jobs a month, on each app’s published prices. Figures are ex GST, which is what a GST-registered business pays after claiming GST credits:

App Plan Three people, per month Setup fee
ServiceM8 Growing A$71.82 (A$79 inc GST) None
Tradify Pro A$156 None
Fergus Essentials A$159 None
AroFlo Single plan A$240 From A$1,450
Simpro Quote only Not published Yes

Tradify bills from New Zealand, so it doesn’t charge GST to GST-registered Australian businesses. AroFlo includes things the others charge more for or don’t have, like Gantt charts, stock control and a trade CRM. If you don’t need those, you’re paying for them anyway.

AroFlo and Simpro are owned by the same group. Simpro doesn’t publish any prices, so AroFlo is the only one of the two you can price before talking to sales. See what Simpro costs for what customers report paying.

Questions to ask before you sign

  1. What’s my per-user rate at my headcount, on monthly and on annual billing?
  2. Is the quote ex GST?
  3. What do contractor, passive and timesheet users cost?
  4. What’s in the setup package, and does the setup discount apply to it?
  5. Is my accounting integration covered, or is there a separate setup and annual fee?
  6. What are the card fees on AroFlo Payments?
  7. What’s the notice period to cancel, and is there a minimum term?
  8. Is there a cap on yearly price rises, and is it in the contract?

Cheaper options for smaller teams

If you’re under three people, or you don’t need projects, assets and compliance forms, these cost less and you can try them before you pay:

  • ServiceM8 charges per business, not per user, from A$29 a month inc GST. It’s free for one person doing up to 30 jobs a month.
  • Tradify is A$48 to A$62 per user a month, and doesn’t charge GST if you’re GST-registered.
  • Fergus is from A$53 per user a month plus GST, with cheaper timesheet-only users for apprentices.

All three have a 14-day free trial with no credit card. For more, see alternatives to ServiceM8 and job management software that works with Xero.
